Return & Exchange Policy

All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure the items are in the same condition as when you purchased it. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

 To return an item please follow these steps:

  1. Email returns@teleportwatches.com and provide your order number and specify the items you want to return.
  2. After we have confirmed your request please re-pack the item(s) to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the items are in the same condition as when you purchased it.
  3. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label when you contact us. When shipping the item, he/she is responsible for the return shipping which must include a tracking number and insurance to ensure delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the high demand of our products, we cannot guarantee the item you would like in exchange will be in stock. For exchanges, if your item is out of stock, you can email us at returns@teleportwatches.com and we will coordinate an exchange for you. Please follow the steps above when exchanging your items. Once received and inspected, we will ship out your new item(s) within 2 business days.
